We seek a Business Development Executive (Remote), Expert-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with Globant’s service offerings within the Airline Sector.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
Develop and execute account plans to target enterprise-level clients in prioritized verticals. - Build strong relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers at target organizations.
- Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and marketing to craft compelling value propositions.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene using Salesforce or similar tools.
- Represent Globant at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
