Business Analyst

The main goal of a Business Analyst is to bridge the gap between business needs and delivered solutions, ensuring strategic alignment and maximizing business value. This role focuses on strategic management, business process analysis, and enterprise-level decision-making to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Business Analysts work closely with stakeholders to formulate and document business requirements, analyze existing processes, and recommend improvements.

• Business: Understand customer and user needs, analyze business processes, and break down solutions into actionable components for implementation.
• Strategy: Identify inefficiencies, recommend optimal business practices, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Tech: Support teams through backlog management, project tracking, functional walkthroughs, and system implementation oversight.

What will help you succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Support, and Strategic Planning
• Data Analysis – Leveraging data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Requirements Gathering – Translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Stakeholder Management – Building strong relationships across business and technical teams
• Agile Methodologies – 5+ years applying Scrum/Kanban frameworks in cross-functional teams
• Process Mapping & Optimization – Streamlining workflows for operational efficiency
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer – Creating clear, user-friendly technical and business documentation
• Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication across all organizational levels

This role is essential in driving strategic business decisions, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.
