Visual Designer Senior-Level

We seek a Visual Designer Senior-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate).

• Experience with web and mobile application design, responsive design and grid principles.

• Proficient in Interaction and Design tools such as Figma
• Working experience with agile teams
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end vision (from identification of opportunities, needs and problems to hand-off to developers and follow-up of future business opportunities)
• Knowledge of Design Thinking principles and methodologies.
• Being imaginative and loving innovation.
• Strong skills in effective communication
• Ability to generate links between teams and stakeholders
• Ensure quality of deliverables
• Create and define documentation and Design system
• Being capable to take a step back to look at a bigger picture.
• Ownership, autonomy and goal-orientation.
