Tech Director - Insurance

We seek a Technical Director, Insurance, Expert-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• English upper intermediate

• Technology leader for the insurance sector in Chile, overseeing the technical execution of large-scale projects and working closely with the Delivery Director and Managing Director.

• Accountable for the technology strategy, delivery quality, and business development (farming) in key insurance accounts.

• Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a hybrid vision that combines strong technical expertise and business acumen.

• Leads pre-sales efforts, revenue and capacity management, as well as team development and the promotion of innovation practices.

• Drives strategic client relationships, the growth of the insurance vertical, and the adoption of disruptive solutions, including AI.
