We seek a MarTech / Adobe Alliance Leader, Expert-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

 

What will help you succeed:

  • English
  • Alliance Strategy & Planning: Develop, own, and execute a multi-year joint business plan with Adobe, setting clear KPIs for sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Co-Sell & Pipeline Management: Actively collaborate with Adobe Account Directors (ADs) and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) to identify "white space" opportunities and secure our seat at the table for new implementations.
  • Internal Evangelism: Partner with internal Studio and MarTech leaders to educate them on Adobe’s product roadmap and identify existing client accounts primed for Adobe expansion.
  • Lead Generation & Mapping: Conduct regular account mapping sessions between our sales teams and Adobe’s field sales to create a steady stream of qualified leads.
  • Governance & Reporting: Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with MarTech leadership and Adobe alliance teams to track progress against the business plan and pivot strategies as needed.
  • Deal Architecture: Support the pursuit team in shaping deals, ensuring that the proposed solution maximizes the value of the Adobe Experience Cloud stack.
  • Adobe Experience Cloud Proficiency: Deep functional understanding of the "Current Generation" Adobe stack, specifically:
  • Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP)
  • Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) & Adobe Analytics (AA)
  • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Marketo Engage
  • Adobe Experience Manager (Site and Assets)
  • Adobe Workfront
  • Adobe Target
  • Alliance Management: 5+ years of experience managing partner relationships within a large global consultancy or agency environment.
  • GTM Execution: Proven track record of hitting "Partner-Sourced Revenue" targets and navigating the complexities of co-selling with a major SaaS vendor.
  • MarTech Landscape: A broad understanding of how Adobe integrates with broader ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, or AWS).
  • AI Evolution: Knowledge of how AI is impacting the customer experience and MarTech
