Recruitment Trainee - Backoffice / HR

We are looking for a Recruitment Apprentice – Backoffice / Human Resources, someone who shares our passion for learning, development, and continuous growth. This role is essential in supporting our hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring an agile and efficient experience for candidates and internal teams.

What will help you succeed:

• Being between 18 and 24 years old
• Currently enrolled in high school/technical school, preferably in HR or Administration
• Availability to work 6 hours per day
• A "formiga" profile: disciplined, committed, detail-oriented
• A hands-on, proactive attitude
• Energy, strong communication skills, and willingness to collaborate
• Organization and ability to manage multiple demands
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A genuine interest in learning about recruitment and people
• English or Spanish is a plus
• Previous experience will be considered a strong advantage

This position will be filled in the #Onsite format.
