Product Manager Senior-Level

We seek a Product Manager Senior-Level who hares our passion for digital transformation, innovation, and customer-centric experiences. This role is critical to leading strategic product discovery, driving high-impact digital initiatives, and managing expectations across cross-functional squads and key stakeholders in a massive B2C e-commerce and regional travel ecosystem 

What will help you succeed:

• • Languages: Fluent/Advanced English (mandatory); proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.

  • Experience: 6+ years in Product Management, leading end-to-end product strategy and discovery in fast-paced, high-volume digital environments.

  • Domain Expertise (Preferred): Proven track record in B2C e-commerce, digital booking/ticketing funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), checkout journeys, and ancillary products (e.g., seat selection, baggage, travel services).

  • AI & Innovation: Hands-on experience or strategic vision in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI, ML recommendation models, or AI-driven discovery workflows) to accelerate learning cycles and enhance user experience.

  • Ownership & Product Discovery: Strong autonomy to run continuous discovery, formulate hypotheses, structure A/B tests, and drive data-informed decisions from concept to delivery.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration (The Triad): Demonstrated ability to partner seamlessly with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Data/Analytics teams to turn business and customer needs into actionable technical roadmaps.

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to navigate complex organizational structures, align regional business goals, and negotiate trade-offs effectively.
