People Journey Trainee - Backoffice / HR

We are looking for an Administrative Apprentice – Benefits and Personnel Administration, someone who shares our passion for learning, development, and continuous growth. This role is essential in supporting our internal operations and contributing to an exceptional experience for our employees.

What will help you succeed:

• Being between 18 and 24 years old
• Currently enrolled in high school/technical school, preferably in HR or Administration
• Availability to work 6 hours per day
• Attention to detail and discretion
• Good communication, sense of urgency, and organizational skills
• Proactivity, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and good typing skills
• Interest in learning and developing
• English or Spanish is a plus
• Previous experience will be considered a strong advantage

This position will be filled in the #Onsite format.
