We seek a Mainframe Support Analyst – someone who thrives in mission-critical environments and is passionate about system stability, reliability, and operational excellence. 

This role is essential to ensuring the continuity and stability of core systems, supporting business operations in a highly transactional and critical environment.

 

What will help you succeed:

  • Intermediate English – flexibility may apply depending on communication needs

  • Proven hands-on experience supporting mission-critical Mainframe applications

  • Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS in production environments

  • Experience working with job schedulers such as Control-M (or similar)

  • Solid background in incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation

  • Experience supporting applications running on BASE 24

  • Ability to work in high-availability environments with strong ownership and sense of urgency
