Tech Director - CyberSecurity

We seek a Tech Director - Cybersecurity, Expert Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Background:-

• 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5+ years leading teams.
• Background experience in Tech, Consulting firms background.
• Define the long-term technical roadmap for the client, moving beyond immediate fixes to guide their digital transformation.
• Staffing Strategy, Delivery Management, People Management,
• Consulting And Technical qualifications.

Soft Skills:-

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management skills. Proven ability in Team Leading and working effectively within group settings
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with all departments and functions across the organization
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, strong active listening skills and problem-solving skills
• Quick learner and ability to absorb information. 

Required Qualifications & Skills:- 

• Threat Modeling & Risk Assessment: Identifying potential threats and structural vulnerabilities during the design phase to bake security into the lifecycle.
  
• Vulnerability Management: Coordinating regular scanning, prioritization, and remediation of security flaws across the infrastructure.
• Penetration Testing: Executing authorized simulated attacks to evaluate the security of our systems and networks.
• Security Event Correlation: Analyzing data from disparate sources via SIEM/EDR to identify patterns of malicious activity.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring all systems adhere to industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2) and internal security policies.
