We seek a Head of CRM  for our Sports Studio, who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. It will operate our fan engagement platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Sitecore. You will be the link between data, journeys and digital experiences, managing segments, campaigns and personalization across all channels.

You will get the chance to: 
 

  • Manage the fan graph in Dynamics 365: profiles, attributes, segments and consent.
  • Design and execute automated journeys (onboarding, pre/post match, reactivation, subscriptions, loyalty).
  • Configure and coordinate, together with the web/app team, personalized experiences in Sitecore.
  • Dynamic content by country, club, language, fan type (stadium vs digital, member, etc.).
  • Use CRM segments to drive banners, modules and tailored experiences.
  • Launch multichannel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) aligned with site/app experiences.
  • Track and report performance: known/active fans, engagement, conversion, revenue impact.
  • Maintain strong governance across CRM & content (segments, journeys, templates, naming conventions, documentation).

 

What will help you succeed:

 

  • CRM / Marketing Automation / Digital Experience experience.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms.

  • Experience working with a CMS / Digital Experience Platform (ideally Sitecore; Adobe Experience Manager, Optimizely or similar also valued).

  • Solid understanding of segmentation, journeys and CRM metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, churn, LTV, etc.).

  • Basic understanding of GDPR and consent management.

    It will be a plus: 

 

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights / Journeys.

  • Experience configuring or closely collaborating on personalization and components in Sitecore.

  • Background in sports, entertainment, media or e-commerce.

  • Basic HTML knowledge for email templates.
