We seek a Client Partner, Expert-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
Responsibilities
The person in this position will develop and implement plans to take advantage of all sales opportunities and manage all aspects of client relations.
Responsible for the entire sales process including lead qualification, pre-sales activities such as demos, and contract completion.
Create and negotiate complex quotes, RFIs/RFPs, and contracts as well as be in charge of the preparation, implementation and closure of sales negotiations at decision-making level.
Responsible for the Strategic advancement of customer relations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and customer retention as well as identifying the up-selling potential.
Develop new opportunities through networking, cold calling and other lead generation techniques.
Manage the sales cycle, perform lead qualification, arrange and provide presentations, quote and close the sales cycle.
Develop, negotiate and close long-term agreement with accounts in your assigned territory. Deal with implementation and onsite/offshore development staff to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Report account activity, opportunity status and other details.
Be Capable of dealing with calls at an executive level, developing solutions that help our clients, and then mobilizing internal assets to deliver on time and above expectations.
Be comfortable giving software demonstrations and speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike
Excellent communication skills and analytical skills.
Key Skills / Requirements

6+ years of experience Sales, Business development, account management roles in Tech industry.

Experience managing Accounts and products in the Consulting and Tech industries.

A flexible team player who is keen to work in a stimulating, ever changing environment and thrive on the opportunities that this can bring.

Excellent relationship building, stakeholder management, negotiation skills and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will be determined, outgoing, positive, articulate, strategist and creative-thinker.

Strong organizational and time management skills – with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines in a timely manner.

In-depth knowledge of the technology industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
