• Commercial Growth: Analyze platform usage data to identify gaps, recommending SAP, Salesforce, and Oracle add-ons, modules, or user-tier upgrades to drive upsell and cross-sell revenue.
• BAU SLA Governance: Establish, monitor, and enforce best-in-class Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with vendors to ensure near-zero downtime.
• Value Realization: Partner with business units to ensure they maximize their current software investments, turning technical capabilities into measurable business value.
• Incident & Change Ownership: Oversee major incident management and change control processes, protecting BAU stability during platform expansions.
• Cross-Functional Advisory: Serve as the strategic liaison between technical delivery teams, sales enablement, finance, and executive stakeholders.
