SPM BA -

Key Responsibilities
•               Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow SPM/WSD initiatives.
•               Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

•               Design solution options within the ServiceNow platform (SPM, WSD as applicable) and recommend the best fit for business needs.
•               Lead workshops for process mapping, requirement validation, and solution design.
•               Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular status updates, and facilitate decision-making.
•               Support testing activities: create test cases, coordinate UAT, capture defects, and validate fixes.
•               Prepare implementation documentation, release notes, and end-user guides.
•               Assist in deployment planning and post-implementation support to ensure smooth handover to operations.
•               Provide demos on SPM/WSD products

Required Qualifications & Experience
•               5+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.
•               Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM required; exposure to SPM, WSD a plus).
•               Proven experience capturing requirements, creating user stories, and producing functional specifications.
•               Experience coordinating with developers, QA, and release teams through full delivery lifecycle.
•               Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
•               Familiar with ServiceNow best practices, data model, and platform constraints.
•               Ability to map business processes and recommend process optimizations.
•               Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•               Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
•               Proficient in creating clear documentation, diagrams (process flows, data models), and training materials.
•               Familiarity with integrations
