We seek a  Salesforce Architect(Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud) who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is

critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized

expectations in this new technological era.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud implementations.

• Design scalable data models, customer profiles, identity resolution strategies, and activation flows.

• Create architecture diagrams, data flow designs, and integration patterns across Salesforce ecosystem and external systems.

• Define governance, best practices, and solution standards.
  
  

Marketing Cloud Expertise

• Architect solutions using:

• Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio

• Mobile Studio (SMS, Push), Advertising Studio

• Content Builder, Personalization Builder

• Interaction Studio (if applicable)

• Develop and review AMPscript, SSJS, SQL queries, data extensions, and automations.

• Ensure high deliverability, compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and segmentation best practices.
  
  

Data Cloud (Salesforce CDP) Expertise

• Design unified customer profiles using Data Cloud ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and calculated insights.

• Build activation strategies for Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Ad Platforms.

• Optimize data streams, data transformations, and zero-copy integrations.

• Ensure data governance, security, and privacy compliance.
  
  

Integration & Technical Leadership

• Lead integration architecture using APIs, MuleSoft, CloudPages, and external ETL tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, data engineering, CRM, and product teams.

• Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform performance.

• Provide technical mentoring to developers and administrators.
