We are looking for an evolutionary SME to join our Web UI Studio. Years of Experience: 14-19 Years 

Primary Technical Skills: React.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and frontend architecture, Project Governance , security. 

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile-first responsive design and PWAs.

• Exposure to serverless architectures and microservices.

• Understanding of test automation frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).

• Contributions to open-source projects or the React ecosystem.

• Overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions.

• Determining whether technical solutions meet defined requirements of the project. 

• Setting up guidelines and defining the best architectural practices for the project and  

making sure whether the team adhered to it. 

• Providing subject expertise and guidance to architects,leads and engineers during the software development life cycle. 

• Overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions. 

• Determining whether technical solutions meet defined requirements. 

• Influence a large team or multiple teams to achieve their goals. 

• Formulate and execute strategic and tactical measures to ensure the success of your teams. 

• Play a solution owner role for building solutions on the platform, own RFPs and proposals. 

•  Define technical profiles, performance and training standards. 

• Management and leadership of React.js  practice including: Strategizing talent discovery, talent retention, reskilling / Upskilling the capacity, training/certification. 

• Ensuring designs, approaches and standards are extensible across multiple projects. 

• Conducting technical design reviews; code review auditing projects to ensure best practices are followed. 

Relevant experience? Minimum qualifications: 

• 14+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 5+ years in an architectural or technical leadership role.  Relevant experience in designing and developing scalable, secure, and distributed enterprise React.js solutions. 

• Expert knowledge of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux/Zustand/MobX, and modern frontend patterns.

• Strong experience with Next.js, SSR, SSG, and micro-frontend architecture.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

• Hands-on experience with Webpack, Vite, Babel, and build optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with UI frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI, Chakra, etc.) and CSS-in-JS solutions.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for frontend deployment and scaling.

• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proven ability to lead teams, conduct architectural reviews, and communicate with stakeholders.

• Define and own the frontend architecture for large-scale web applications using React.js.

• Make critical decisions on state management, routing, performance optimization, and component reusability.

• Collaborate with backend architects, product managers, and UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration and user experience.

• Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and reusable component libraries.

• Drive performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting, caching, SSR/SSG with Next.js, etc.).

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and code review processes.

• Ensure applications meet security, accessibility (a11y), and cross-browser compatibility standards.

• Mentor and coach frontend developers, conduct technical reviews, and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Stay updated with the React ecosystem and emerging frontend technologies to drive innovation.

• Own enterprise grade products and own technical delivery Solutions at enterprise level. 

• Need to work closely with client or clients w.r.t technology solutions, best practices, timelines, and execution. 

• Lead Technical Solution role on multi-products or systems solutions as key negotiator for the proposed technical solution with the client. 

• Technology agnostic is able to select the right technology for the business use-case within the given business requirements/constraints. 

• Solution Planning and estimations/planning experience. 

• Must have experience in leading a larger team. Ability to hire, lead, mentor and handle a large team of engineers, Architects. 

• Extensive experience in solutioning of Enterprise Applications 

• Proven ability to drive large scale projects with a deep understanding of Agile SDLC,high collaboration Stakeholders, clients and internal team 

• Must have exposure to work on proposals, RFP/RFI’s.
