We seek a Full Stack Developer (Node.js / React / MongoDB)   who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

• Deep understanding of JavaScript, including promises and asynchronous programming patterns. 

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Node.js, solid frontend proficiency in React, and deep experience with MongoDB. The ideal candidate will work on modernization initiatives, including the migration of legacy Blaze components to React, while contributing to a robust CI/CD pipeline and a large-scale automated testing ecosystem.Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Node.js and JavaScript (including promises, async/await, and other core concepts).

• Contribute to frontend development using React; support the ongoing migration from Blaze to React.

• Work with MongoDB to design schemas, optimize queries, and manage large datasets.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

• Write and maintain unit tests as part of a large-scale test suite (5000+ existing tests).

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and improving application performance and reliability.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, and DevOps in an Agile environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Backend

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.

• Deep understanding of JavaScript, including promises and asynchronous programming patterns.

• Experience with MeteorJS (Node/Blaze/React/Mongo) is a strong plus.
