Key Responsibilities

Make sure things work well across browsers and devices

Mentor engineers and help grow web capability

Oversee code reviews and provide hands-on technical input

Core technologies: Svelte, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript

Performance and quality: Performance profiling and optimisation (Core Web Vitals, rendering), accessibility standards and testing, front-end testing frameworks, code quality practices
