We seek Project Managers, who share our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to delivering an efficient and effective solution for labelling across the market requirements meeting market regulatory and customer requirements.

What will help you succeed:

Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Influence

• Navigating the Matrix: Success depends on your ability to influence cross-functional partners in Regulatory (RA), Quality (QA), and Commercial without necessarily having direct authority over them.

• Executive Communication: You must be able to synthesize complex operational data into "Big Picture" narratives for senior regional leadership while remaining a grounded collaborator for local site teams.

• Change Advocacy: Beyond just identifying improvements, you will need to apply Change Management principles to ensure new processes are adopted and sustained by the workforce.
  
  

End-to-End Operational Mastery

• Pillar Integration: You will succeed by mastering the interdependencies between Plan, Make, Source, and Deliver, ensuring that a win in one area doesn't create a bottleneck in another.

• Financial Literacy: Understanding the finance interface is critical; you’ll need to demonstrate how supply chain efficiencies directly impact the bottom line and P&L statements.

• Process Excellence: Leveraging a background in Continuous Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) to move the organization from reactive troubleshooting to proactive, data-driven optimization.
  
  

Execution & Project Governance

• Program Initiation & Planning: Utilize FPX methodology for project Kick off involving Scope, Time, and Cost. You will be responsible for developing core team methodology and working closely with Business stakeholders to develop detailed user stories.

• Rigorous Project Management: Success is measured by your ability to manage complex timelines, resource constraints, and performance evaluation processes to deliver results on time. This includes managing program and project teams for delivering milestones, deliverables, and ensuring full E2E solution accountability.

• Analytical Decision-Making: You must be comfortable using data to make high-stakes decisions, particularly when balancing trade-offs between cost, speed, and quality. This also involves identifying key requirements for cross-functional teams, including market teams, DC operations, and external vendors.

• Entrepreneurial Drive: As a self-starter, you will thrive by independently identifying "white space" opportunities and building the delivery frameworks to address them.
  
  

Success Profile Summary

• Education: Technical foundation (Engineering/Science) paired with the business acumen of an MBA, preferred OR Supply chain related educational qualifications / certification preferred

• Experience: A "seasoned" perspective gained from 10+ years in the field.

• Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence (EQ) for facilitation, organization, and conflict resolution.
