Position Summary
The MarTech Leader will be responsible for shaping and delivering next-generation marketing technology solutions that drive measurable impact for clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and strategic partners to design, implement, and scale modern MarTech ecosystems that enhance customer engagement, personalization, and marketing effectiveness.
This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on expertise across marketing platforms, data, and AI-driven marketing. You will help clients integrate tools such as CDPs, CRM, automation platforms, analytics, and content management systems to create seamless, data-driven marketing experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Lead MarTech strategy and solution architecture engagements for Globant clients across industries.

Assess client marketing ecosystems and design integrated solutions leveraging platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, HubSpot, CDPs, and AI-driven personalization tools.

Collaborate with business, marketing, and technology stakeholders to align MarTech solutions with broader digital transformation goals.

Guide the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology stacks.

Provide leadership on data-driven marketing, campaign automation, customer journey orchestration, and advanced analytics.

Stay at the forefront of MarTech trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer expectations.

Build and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration between marketing, technology, data science, and design.

Partner with internal Globant Studios and external vendors to deliver innovative, scalable marketing technology solutions.

Support business development by contributing to client proposals, thought leadership, and solution demonstrations.
Required Qualifications
-
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, technology consulting, or MarTech leadership roles.

Deep expertise with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, HubSpot, Segment, Tealium, or similar.

Strong understanding of digital marketing processes, personalization, automation, customer data platforms (CDPs), and marketing analytics.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, technology-driven marketing transformations.

Experience designing and implementing omnichannel marketing campaigns powered by technology.

Familiarity with AI/ML applications in marketing, including recommendation engines, predictive analytics, and dynamic content.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, global consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within global consulting firms, technology companies, or digital marketing agencies.

Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on MarTech implementations.

Hands-on technical background or certifications with major marketing platforms.

Experience in industries such as Retail, Financial Services, Hi-Tech, or Consumer Products.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $150,000 - $200,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
