We seek IT Project Managers who share our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

You will get the chance to:

• Lead end-to-end IT projects across various domains (e.g., infrastructure, software development, digital transformation);
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria;
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets;
• Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders, proactively identifying and resolving risks or issues;
• Apply best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid);
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and external vendors;
• Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and key metrics to senior management and clients;
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

What will help you succeed:

• Excellent command of the German language (C1 - Advanced) and fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate);
• Experience working in consulting companies is highly preferred, with a strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to fast-paced project environments;
• Proven expertise in project budget management, with the ability to plan, monitor, and control expenses effectively;
• A proactive, passionate, and versatile mindset, with a strong drive to take initiative, adapt to change, and contribute actively to team and project success;
• Good organizational and methodological skills;
• Natural disposition to work in a team and excellent interpersonal skills.
