We seek a Genesys Cloud Software Engineer who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Proven expertise designing and optimizing Genesys Cloud Architect flows, delivering intelligent, scalable, and high-impact customer journeys across voice and digital channels.
• Strong experience building secure, event-driven integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs and Data Actions, enabling seamless platform connectivity.
• Solid programming skills (JavaScript, Python, or similar) with deep understanding of REST APIs to drive automation and high-performance solutions.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient technical designs, aligning customer experience strategy with cloud capabilities.
• Collaborative, Agile-driven mindset with strong troubleshooting skills, ownership, and a focus on continuous improvement and platform stability.
• Strong English communication skills.
