Business Analyst

We seek Business Analyst, who share our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions to deliver an efficient and effective solution for labelling across the market requirements.

What will help you succeed:

Strategic Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Navigating the Matrix: Success depends on your ability to influence cross-functional partners in Regulatory (RA), Quality (QA), and Commercial to ensure requirements are accurate and signed off.

• Requirements Elicitation: Apply strong listening, influencing, interpersonal, and presentation abilities to facilitate client-facing meetings and clearly document project needs in a professional manner.

• Executive Communication: Clearly articulate and synthesize complex business requirements and process flows for both technical teams and senior leadership.

• Change Advocacy: Support the application of Change Management principles by documenting and communicating new processes to ensure smooth adoption across the workforce.

Requirements and Process Definition

• Pillar Integration: Utilize strong organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills to understand the interdependencies between Plan, Make, Source, and Deliver, ensuring that solutions align with the end-to-end supply chain.

• Process Mapping: Leverage a quick learner and enthusiastic attitude to analyze current operational processes and define future-state business processes with great attention to detail.

• Data-Driven Insight: Conduct detailed analytical work to support decision-making, translating data into actionable requirements.

Execution & Delivery Governance

• Requirements Governance: Ensure documentation is high-quality and consistently maintained. 

• Project Support & Coordination: Skilled in managing concurrent projects, prioritizing multiple tasks, and coordinating across multiple locations and virtual teams.

• Delivery Accountability: Proven ability to meet tight deadlines through high-quality work and diligent follow-up, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Analytical Decision-Making: Provide analytical support to the Program Manager, assessing trade-offs between cost, speed, and quality.

Success Profile Summary:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a professional environment, preferably within Supply Chain, Strategic Operations, or Project Management.

• Skills: Strong analytical, mathematical, project management, and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Experience in JIRA is a plus
