We are looking for a Vice President of Technology to join our Financial Services Studio. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving technology excellence, client growth, and delivery across key banking accounts.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end technology strategy and delivery for assigned Financial Services accounts

• Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders (technical and non-technical)

• Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities and leading solution design as the solution owner

• Ensure the quality, scalability, and technical excellence of all engagements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership

• Engage with Enterprise Architects and global technology leaders across presales and delivery phases

• Lead strategic planning initiatives, defining priorities, roadmaps, and timelines aligned with business and financial goals

• Oversee complex, global, full-lifecycle technology programs, ensuring successful execution

• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, including timeline, budget, and team performance

• Drive delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with client expectations and SLAs

• Identify and mitigate delivery and operational risks, ensuring proactive resolution

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in technology leadership roles within Financial Services

• Deep domain expertise in one or more of the following:

  • Corporate Banking

  • Payments

  • Global Markets

  • Retail Banking

• Strong experience engaging with Enterprise Architecture teams and global stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex, global delivery programs

• Strong commercial mindset, with experience driving growth and identifying new business opportunities

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Experience working across distributed global teams (including LATAM and India)

Location & Travel

• Preferred location: New York metropolitan area or Columbus, Ohio

• Expected to be on client site ~3 days per week

• Willingness to travel across the U.S. and collaborate with global teams in Latin America and India
