We are looking for an Experience Designer to help create thoughtful, high-quality client solutions across digital products, platforms, and customer experiences. This role blends strong design craft, systems awareness, and collaborative problem solving, working closely with cross-disciplinary teams to design experiences that are both intuitive and scalable.

You will collaborate with strategists, engineers, product leaders, and clients to help translate complex challenges into clear, well-crafted solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to design work across digital products, platforms, and customer experiences.
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into effective experience solutions.
• Create UX flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes that communicate ideas clearly.
• Work within existing design systems and contribute to the evolution of shared patterns and components.
• Collaborate with product owners, strategists, engineers, and project teams throughout the design process.
• Present work and participate in design reviews with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of high-quality design work from concept through implementation.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Experience designing digital products, platforms, or services across web and mobile.
• Strong visual sensibility and attention to craft.
• Understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design practices.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Comfort presenting design work and incorporating feedback.
• Experience working with design systems or reusable design patterns.
• Fluency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as FigJam, Miro, Mural, or similar.

Nice to Have

• Experience collaborating with engineers during product implementation.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital platforms, including AI-enabled products and services.
