API Integration Lead Analyst – Salesforce / Informatica MDM (Financial Services)

About the Role

We're seeking an API Integration Lead Analyst with deep expertise in Informatica MDM and Salesforce integration programs within Financial Services. This role will architect and lead the design of scalable master data solutions — from enterprise data models and golden record strategies to real-time and batch integration patterns connecting Salesforce with our Unified MDM (UMDM) platform.

Salary: $100,000-$115,000

What You'll Do

Integration Architecture & Workstream Leadership

  • Lead the Salesforce/MDM integration, architecture, and data modeling workstream end-to-end
  • Design real-time and batch integration patterns between Salesforce and UMDM
  • Define target-state customer and organizational data models and APIs for Customer/Account entities
  • Architect Golden Record processes, including match/merge, survivorship, and hierarchy/relationship management
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable MDM solutions
  • Ensure Salesforce data structures align with enterprise MDM standards
  • Define API contracts, interface specifications, and integration workflows
  • Collaborate with integration teams on REST API, event-driven, and middleware-based solutions
  • Ensure bi-directional synchronization of customer and organizational master data
  • Define error handling, reconciliation, and monitoring requirements

Data Mapping & Transformation

  • Lead source-to-target analysis and mapping workshops with business and technical stakeholders
  • Develop detailed Salesforce-to-UMDM and UMDM-to-Salesforce mappings
  • Define transformation, standardization, enrichment, and validation rules
  • Ensure consistent mapping of identifiers, hierarchies, addresses, relationships, and reference data
  • Validate mappings and designs with business stakeholders and source system owners

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in data management and solution design
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Informatica UMDM in Financial Services domains
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, and Party data models
  • Experience defining API integration strategies using REST services and middleware platforms
  • Demonstrated ability creating source-to-target mappings, transformation specifications, and functional designs
  • Expertise in data quality, matching, survivorship, and hierarchy management
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
