We seek a Genexus Regional Manager, focused in Sales, who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our customers and business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- Strategic Tech-Consulting: Capacidad para traducir las capacidades técnicas de GeneXus y Globant Enterprise AI en soluciones de negocio tangibles, realizando diagnósticos de madurez digital para clientes globales.
- Full-Stack Architecture Oversight: Conocimiento de los productos de GeneXus y Globant Enterprise AIpara liderar soluciones de negocios para nuestros clientes.
- Stakeholder Management & Influence: Habilidad para negociar con perfiles C-Level (CTO, CIO, CFO), comunicando el ROI de las soluciones propuestas. Sales Expertise: Experiencia en el ciclo de venta consultiva (B2B), desde la detección de oportunidades hasta el cierre de contratos complejos.
- Public Sector & Financial Experience: Comprensión de las normativas de cumplimiento (compliance), seguridad de datos y los procesos de licitación o procurement específicos de estas industrias.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead Pre-Sales & Solution Design: Liderar el diseño de propuestas técnicas y económicas para clientes potenciales, asegurando que GeneXus y GEAI sean las piezas claves para acelerar el time-to-market y reducir la deuda técnica.
- Drive Business Development & Growth: Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro de la cartera de clientes actuales (upselling/cross-selling) y prospectar nuevas cuentas en sectores clave como Gobierno y Finanzas.
- Bridge between Business & Delivery: Actuar como el nexo estratégico entre el equipo de ventas y los equipos de delivery, asegurando que las expectativas del cliente estén alineadas con la capacidad técnica y los estándares de calidad de Globant.
- Strategic Advisory in Digital Transformation: Asesorar a los clientes en la adopción soluciones agénticas de metodologías ágiles y en la transición de arquitecturas monolíticas hacia ecosistemas modernos impulsados por GEAI, GeneXus e Inteligencia Artificial.
