UX Research (Pendo)- Monterrey

We seek a UX Research Analyst (Product Analytics Focus), Senior-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations by leveraging data-driven insights and continuous research to shape impactful product decisions.

• User Research (Unmoderated studies: surveys, usability testing, concept testing)
• UX Metrics & KPI Definition (Metric trees, adoption, retention)
• Data Analysis (Quantitative & Qualitative)
• Funnel Analysis & User Behavior Insights
• Research Platforms (Qualtrics, UserTesting, Maze, UserZoom or similar)
• Cross-functional Collaboration (Product, Design, Engineering)
• Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication
• Insights Storytelling & Reporting
• Experimentation & Continuous Evaluation Mindset
• Event Tracking & Instrumentation Understanding
• SQL (Nice to have)
• BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker – Nice to have)
• AI & Emerging Technologies Awareness (Nice to have)
