Test Automation Engineer Lead (Java/c#)

We seek a Test Automation Engineer with C# who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• This position requires experience leading QE for agile teams, hands-on skills developing test cases, coding test scripts with C# and Selenium, and integrating test scripts with CI pipelines. Experience of performance test scripting is a great plus.

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)

• 10+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation)
• 5+ years of experience leading QE teams 
• Experience with test automation in an enterprise setup using tools like Selenium (required), Protractor, ReadyAPI, Postman, Github Copilot.
• Proficient in C#, with a strong understanding of syntax and semantics.
• Extensive experience in functional testing methodologies.
• Solid experience with Selenium for automated testing.
• Expertise in automated API testing.
• Strong experience in testing coverage analysis.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and the integration of test automation within these processes.
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments.
• Knowledge of GenAI, Agentic AI
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

This job can be filled in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.
