Technical Project Manager, SCRUM Master, Senior-Level

We seek a Technical Project Manager, SCRUM Master, Senior-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• • 5+ years of progressive project management experience within software development, IT delivery, or Quality Engineering environments.

  • Deep practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and Kanban).

  • Proven track record of managing client relationships up to the VP level within large corporate/enterprise environments.

  • Hands-on experience managing complex team budgets, contract dynamics, and monthly project forecasting.

  Recommended Additional Skills (Sr. PM Level)

  • Tooling Proficiency: Deep expertise with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and Advanced Roadmaps for tracking releases, velocity, and dependency mapping.

  • Metrics & KPI Reporting: Ability to design executive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to track delivery metrics (Cycle Time, Throughput, Quality Indicators).

  • Change Management: Experience implementing formal Change Control Board (CCB) processes and leading teams through technical transitions.

  • Vendor & Contract Literacy: Solid understanding of Statement of Work (SOW) structures, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and Time & Materials (T&M) vs. Fixed-Price delivery models.

  • Conflict Resolution & Mentorship: Strong interpersonal communication skills to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and mentor junior scrum masters/project managers.
