Tech Manager (.NET/Azure) -MX-Monterrey

We seek a Tech Manager  that lead a Digital Transformation, this transformation includes adopting AI-assisted engineering practices, Spec-Driven Development (SDD), CI/CD automation, modern development platforms, and Agentic capabilities that help both employees and customers work more efficiently and make informed decisions faster.  

The Development Manager leads one or more software engineering teams responsible for delivering strategic product capabilities. This role is accountable for talent development, execution excellence, engineering maturity, and successful delivery of key modernization initiatives while helping establish an AI-first engineering culture.

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.

• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
