Senior Technology Project & Program Manager Monterrey

We seek a Senior Technology Project & Program Manager  who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• BS or MS degree in computer science or related discipline would be preferred
• Between 7+ years of technical project management experience, with a focus on Agile Methodologies, such as Scrum, Lean Startup and the Scaled Agile Framework
• Minimum of 7+ years working in a cross-functional, team-based environment
• Experience in the management of complex digital software product development & delivery
• Experience in managing international projects of various size and scope
• Experience in managing near- and offshoring teams
• Knowledge and/or use of Lean techniques, Reporting and QA testing and development
• Ability to effectively communicate decisions and their rationales to business unit stakeholders and development teams
• Experience with tracking project spend
• Passionate about latest trends in the IT industry with a strong desire for innovation
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, written and problem-solving skills
• Experience with MS Office and web development tools from Atlassian
• Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 10% Globally
