Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) | Hybrid - Monterrey, Mexico

We are looking for a Senior Product Software Engineer to join a global product engineering team responsible for building scalable, cloud-enabled applications that deliver meaningful business value.

This is a hybrid position based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, ideal for engineers who enjoy working across the full stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building modern SaaS applications.

What You'll Do

Full-Stack Product Development

• Design, develop, test, and deliver modern web applications, APIs, and reusable software components.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into high-quality software solutions.

Software Engineering Excellence

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Develop clean, reusable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues using logs, telemetry, and debugging tools.
• Contribute to improving software quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Quality & DevOps

• Partner with QA Engineers to ensure features are automation-ready and fully tested.
• Write unit tests and support CI/CD pipelines to improve release quality.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Platform, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Modern Engineering Practices

• Apply AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Help drive continuous improvement through better testing, automation, observability, and technical excellence.
• Stay current with modern cloud technologies, software engineering trends, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience building modern web applications and SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Experience developing backend services using Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and modern web architectures.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or other relational databases.
• Experience working in Agile environments with Git-based development and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, testing, debugging, and secure coding practices.

Nice to Have

• React and TypeScript expertise.
• Node.js and Express.js.
• Azure or AWS cloud experience.
• Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or API testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of Application Insights, Azure Monitor, or similar observability tools.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Background in financial services or regulated industries.
