Senior Cloud Application Support Engineer, Senior-Level

We are seeking a Senior Cloud & Application Support Engineer who shares our passion for reliability, observability, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will act as a key player in ensuring the stability and performance of critical enterprise web applications, bridging the gap between traditional IT operations and modern SRE/DevOps practices.

• Advanced English Level (B2+/C1): Strong conversational skills to communicate with global stakeholders and lead technical crisis bridges.
• Production Support Expertise: Proven experience providing Level 2/Level 3 support for complex, distributed web applications and cloud-hosted services (AWS or Azure).
• Observability & APM Mastery: Deep experience monitoring application performance, distributed tracing, and infrastructure health using modern APM tools (e.g., DynaTrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, or MS AppInsights).
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Strong analytical mindset with the ability to document, illustrate, and resolve complex cause-and-effect scenarios within an ITIL framework.
• Database & SQL Skills: Ability to write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries (MSSQL) for data analysis and incident resolution.
• API & Integration Troubleshooting: Solid understanding of REST API Web Services and how to diagnose integration failures.
• Identity & Security: Ping Federate, Ping Directory (or equivalent SSO platforms as Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD / Okta / Ping Directory / Auth0 / Keycloak)

• Middleware & Environments: Linux, Apache, JBOSS, J2EE.
• Frontend & Legacy Tech: JavaScript, GWT (Google Web Toolkit).
• Scripting & Automation: Bash, Python, or Perl for log analysis and task automation.

• Active certifications in AWS, Azure, or ITIL.
• A DevOps / SRE mindset (understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, or Infrastructure as Code).
