Project Manager Monterrey

Right now, we are looking for Project Managers to join our Agile Delivery Studio!
This Studio focuses on improving the way our customers’ work by leveraging our unique agile pods methodology. We provide customer-centered rapid evaluations and enhancement of products through an agile design and iteration process.

What will help you succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, management or a related field.
• Advanced English skills (C1).
• Strong leadership skills such as team building, ability to teach/mentor, problem-solving, decisiveness, self-check, or active-listening.

• 7+ years’ experience in project management, managing project plans, tasks schedules, risks assessments and anyproject deliverables.

• 3+ years of professional experience in financial reporting and variance analysis

• Strong communication skills.

• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban and/or SAFe agile framework, Quality Engineering with focus on test case automation and integrating with Continuous Testing pipelines

• Experience with project management & technology product delivery methodologies (i.e. Lean)

• Excellent oral, written and presentation development/delivery skills are necessary and will be used to communicate with various cross functional groups and management levels in a fast-paced environment

• Certifications (preferred): Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Project Management Professional (PMP) 

• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills

• Desired experience with Confluence and Jira

• Experience with Cloud Technologies preferred
