Project Manager Mid Level-MX-MTY

We seek a Project Manager Mid-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills such as team building, ability to teach/mentor, problem-solving, decisiveness, self-check, or active-listening.
• Strong management skills such as flexibility, adaptability, risk/metric management, client/stakeholder
• Strong operative skills such as P&L analysis, Revenue/Cost forecasting, Contract negotiation, or proposal elaboration.
• Strong familiarity with Jira as a project management software tool
• Literate about organic/agile tough process and development. Examples are RUP (1994), Scrum (1995), Extreme Programming (1996), DSDM (1995), Agile Manifesto (2001), Kanban, LeSS, Lean Enterprise, etc.
• Having certifications on any of the above is a plus!
• Experience working with distributed teams (LATAM, Europe, US, Asia, etc) is a plus!
