We are currently looking for a Manager DevOps Engineer to lead enterprise-scale DevSecOps and platform engineering initiatives within a global technology environment focused on cloud infrastructure, automation, reliability, and AI-driven engineering practices.

What You’ll Do

Engineering Leadership & Platform Excellence

• Lead and mentor a high-performing DevOps engineering team
• Establish an automation-first, AI-driven, and results-oriented engineering culture
• Drive engineering excellence across cloud platforms, DevSecOps, and infrastructure operations
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to define technical strategies and scalable roadmaps

Cloud & DevSecOps Engineering

• Design and build scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise cloud platforms
• Architect and manage infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments
• Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform and modern automation practices
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Drive adoption of containerized and serverless architectures such as Docker, AKS, and Azure Functions
• Apply SRE principles to improve monitoring, reliability, incident management, and performance

AI & Innovation

• Explore and integrate Generative AI technologies into engineering workflows and automation initiatives
• Promote AI-first engineering practices to improve productivity and operational efficiency
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend platform improvements

Security & Compliance

• Lead DevSecOps best practices and compliance initiatives
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure alignment with enterprise security standards
• Improve platform governance, scalability, and operational resilience

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering
• 5+ years in technical leadership or engineering management roles
• Experience with AI or Generative AI technologies within engineering environments
• Strong expertise in:
  • Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
  • Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
  • CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
  • Scripting languages such as Python and Bash
  • Containerized and serverless architectures
  • SRE practices and observability tooling
• Deep understanding of modern application development frameworks (.NET and/or Java)
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience operating enterprise-scale applications and cloud infrastructure

Nice to Have

• Azure, AWS DevOps, or related cloud certifications
• Experience driving AI-enabled operational automation
• Exposure to platform engineering and internal developer platforms
