Right now, we are looking for a Front Desk Analyst to join our Workplace Experience Team!
This team is responsible for coordinating services such as cleaning, security and maintenance, to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work creating a safe, comfortable and productive working environment. This position provides user support making sure that buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. Workplace Experience is responsible for the overall employee experience and the elements that influence it at our Globant offices
You will have the chance to:
- Schedule and monitor service maintenance calls to make the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system more efficient.
- Handle requests related to buildings and grounds and can consist of light plumbing, electrical work, painting and all around “handyman” tasks.
- Serve as liaison with and monitors performance of vendors, ie: Custodial, Security, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Outside Store Owners.
- Initiate planned maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment.
- Plan and implement the best allocation and use of space and resources for the needs raised by our internal client.
- Assist with the schedule of facility modifications, including cost estimates.
- Point person for mailing & shipping at local office.
- Conference room set-up, onsite event planning, organize and schedule onsite meetings.
- Coordinate and oversee applicable facility, grounds and maintenance upkeep, office moves
and building related projects. - Work autonomously to perform day-to-day tasks with supervision. Involves the Lead when
relevant/crossover decisions need to be made. - Manage negotiations with vendors of services, prices, equipment and assets.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers making sure all items are billed and paid for on time.
- Know and help the good administration of the monthly budget.
- Provide general support to visitors: ensures the proper organization of meetings. Provide general support to visitors, including tours of the facility.
- Guarantee the requirements of the health and safety area so that the facilities comply with the national legislation. Maintains fire evacuation and disaster response plans. Contact person for any communication with building managers/security and maintenance.
- Responsible under supervision in the development and implementation of office policies by establishing procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
