DevOps Engineer with AWS/Azure

Right now, we are looking for DevOps Engineers to join our Cloud Studio at Globant!

What will help you succeed:

Experience:
• Mid-seniority experience supporting web applications and systems
• Experience supporting cloud hosted services
• Experience using ITIL certified software to document and track issues
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools and DB monitoring such as
DynaTrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, AWS CloudWatch. MS AppInsight
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to understand logical sequence, root cause analysis, problem identification
and escalation
• Able to work independently
• The ability to document and illustrate cause and effect as part of problem solving is a must
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, ITIL are nice to have
• Able to write queries to retrieve data for analysis
• Utilized technologies: Ping Federate, Ping Directory, Linux, Apache, JBOSS, J2EE, JavaScript, GWT,
REST Web Services, MSSQL
• Knowledge of REST API Web services.
• Knowledge in Linux, Apache, JBOSS, J2EE, Bash/Perl scripting for log analysis.
• Development-Operations (DevOps) knowledge supporting web-based applications is a plus
