AI Business Analyst (Microsoft Copilot) - Monterrey

We are looking for an AI Business Analyst with strong experience in Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, who can bridge business needs with technical delivery and drive AI adoption across the enterprise.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at requirements discovery, stakeholder management, and translating business problems into structured, deliverable AI solutions.

💡 What You’ll Do

Business Analysis & Discovery

• Partner with business units to identify AI opportunities across processes and workflows
• Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders at all levels
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear, prioritized, value-driven use cases
• Define scope, objectives, and success criteria for AI-enabled solutions

Requirements & Delivery Support

• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for AI solutions
• Maintain and refine product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners
• Support engineering teams throughout build, testing, and deployment phases
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation

AI & Copilot Enablement

• Advise stakeholders on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform capabilities
• Identify where AI adds value vs. traditional automation approaches
• Support prototyping and solution validation using low-code AI tools (preferred)

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Engage with business users, product teams, and senior leadership
• Facilitate alignment sessions and manage expectations across stakeholders
• Present insights, progress updates, and solution outcomes in a clear business narrative

Measurement & Value Tracking

• Define KPIs and success metrics for AI adoption and business impact
• Build dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar) to track outcomes
• Support continuous improvement through feedback loops and data analysis

💡 What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
• Strong experience working in Agile environments (user stories, backlog management, acceptance criteria)
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Microsoft Copilot
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and solutions
• Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs
• Excellent communication skills (business + technical audiences)

• Experience with AI adoption programs or digital transformation initiatives
• Exposure to Power Platform or low-code/no-code prototyping
• Knowledge of responsible AI and enterprise governance
• Certifications such as CBAP, PL-900, AI-900, MS-900, or Agile/Scrum
