The profile will be responsible for designing and implementing robust architectures, managing development teams, and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Skills in motivating and developing team members

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Quarkus
• Advanced skills in Python (Batch Process, Lambda, Data Visualization Tools)
• Experience with AI-based software development acceleration tools and prompting (kilocode, co-pilot, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team autonomously, providing technical and motivational support
• Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively, promoting team growth
• Design and implement complex software architectures with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and system integration
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into high-level technical solutions
• Promote the adoption of innovative technologies and agile methodologies (CI/CD) to optimize development processes
• Ensure the implementation of best practices for code quality, including unit testing techniques and design patterns
• Coordinate system integration activities, with a particular focus on microservices, REST APIs, and distributed events
