ServiceNow Consultant

We seek a ServiceNow Consultant, Mid-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

You will get the chance to:

• Identify and design technical solutions based on client requirements;

• Be focused on hands-on configuration and development across ITSM and CSM modules;

• Build complex workflows using Flow Designer and develop robust integrations with third-party systems using Integration Hub and REST APIs;

• Manage core platform health, including SSO configuration, ACLs, and User Role management;

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Clear Skye for Identity Governance.

• Work effectively in a team environment, translating business needs into technical specifications.

What will help you succeed:

• Active experience in ServiceNow implementation and development;
• Having the following certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM);
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript;
• Expertise in Integration Hub and REST web services;
• Deep understanding of Platform Administration (Security/Access Control);
• Familiarity with Clear Skye (highly preferred).
