Senior Business Analyst Banking - Accounting & Reporting Area - Milano

We seek a highly qualified, self-employed Senior IT Business/Functional  Analyst banking - Accounting & Reporting Area-  with 5+ years of experience in the role, who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

• Programming languages: Oracle Sql (Intermediate Queries) and MySql 

• Knowledge in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) or at least active participation in Agile teams developing software solutions.

• Experience using Rally, JIRA, TFS or any other advanced tool for Agile teams.

   

  Primary responsibilities include:

   

      - Collect, analyze and document functional requirements related to general ledger and bank regulatory processes.
      - Collaborate with IT teams to define functional specifications and support testing and validation processes.
      - Support monthly/quarterly/annual accounting close processes, including accounting reconciliation.
      - Provide functional support as part of projects related to the introduction of new accounting standards (e.g., IFRS9, IFRS16, IFRS17).
      - Monitor alignment with regulatory requirements and reporting to Bank of Italy, ECB and EBA.
      - Actively participate in the review of Finance processes (as-is/to-be), with focus on efficiency and compliance.
      - Interface with internal (Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT) and external (Auditors, Regulators) stakeholders. 

  Competenze funzionali richieste

  Area Contabilità Generale & Reporting:

  • Conoscenza del piano dei conti bancario (in particolare, quello utilizzato in ambito IFRS e/o nazionale).

  • Esperienza nei processi di prima nota, registrazioni contabili, gestione cespiti, ratei e risconti.

  • Comprensione approfondita dei principi contabili nazionali (OIC) e internazionali (IFRS).

  • Capacità di analizzare scritture contabili complesse e mappatura conto economico/stato patrimoniale.

  • Esperienza con sistemi ERP e/o moduli Finance/Accounting di strumenti bancari (es. SAP FI, Oracle, Zuora, ecc.).

  Area Regolamentare & Compliance:

  • Conoscenza delle normative regolamentari bancarie:

    • Segnalazioni di vigilanza (es. FINREP, COREP, AnaCredit, PUMA).

    • Basilea III / CRR / CRD: impatti su contabilizzazione e risk-weighted assets.

    • Normativa BCE, EBA, Banca d’Italia (Circolari 272, 115, ecc.).

  • Esperienza con flussi e processi di riconciliazione contabile vs gestionale.

  • Familiarità con i processi di Audit interno/esterno e i controlli SOX o equivalenti.
