Senior AWS Architect

We seek a Senior AWS Architect who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.  

You will get the chance to:

• Design the target architecture aligned with business objectives (e.g., modernization, cloud adoption, omnichannel approach);
• Ensure consistency and standardization across different systems (policy administration, claims, billing, CRM, customer portals);
• Assess the impact of new solutions or changes on core insurance systems;
• Design integration patterns and data flows between legacy platforms and modern applications;
• Lead solution design for large programs such as core system replacement, digital front-end transformation, or AI/analytics adoption;
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements;
• Translate business needs from underwriting, claims, and distribution teams into technical solutions;
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure proper implementation.

What will help you succeed:

• Proven track experience with Cloud architectures, specifically with AWS;
• Experience with API management and microservices design;
• Integration technologies (ESB, event-driven, REST, GraphQL);
• Data architecture (data lakes, analytics, data governance);
• Security and compliance in financial services;
• Stakeholder management and communication;
• Ability to influence and guide technical teams;
• Problem-solving and a solution-oriented mindset;
• Strategic thinking and roadmap planning.
