Python Developer - Cloud & Generative AI - IT

We are looking for a Senior / Tech Lead Python Developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native and Generative AI–driven solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on development skills with technical leadership, architecture ownership, and mentoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Python-based systems.
• Drive the adoption of cloud-native architectures (microservices, containers, serverless).
• Design, implement, and optimize Generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Define best practices for:
• Prompt engineering
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• LLM integration and orchestration
• Guide technical decisions related to scalability, security, and performance.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and system observability.Mandatory Qualifications
• 7+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in Python.
• Proven experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid background in cloud-native solution design and implementation.

• Mandatory hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions, including:
• Prompt engineering strategies
• RAG architectures
• Working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Integrating GenAI services into enterprise applications
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and service mesh technologies.
• Exposure to MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance.
• Experience in defining technical roadmaps and standards.
