Legal Business Counsel - Milano

Responsibilities

 Negotiate and close good MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Supplier Agreements, Marketing, product
licenses and SaaS deals.
 As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for leading deep relationship focused negotiations
with the largest companies in the world.
 Excellent writing skills both in Italian and English. Spanish language would be a plus.
 Be a legal generalist and tech law expert including, among others, deep knowledge in civil and
commercial laws, IP, privacy law, financial regulations and data protection regulations.
 Analyze marketing, human resources, financial and commercial projects and initiatives to
provide practical legal advice across multiple jurisdictions.
 Advice on complex legal issues, including data leaks, security of information and personal data
breaches, and international data transfers.
 Support to compliance, corporate and business teams on data protection laws and governance
requirements.
 Participate in M&A operations through integrations of acquired companies.
 Manage and coordinate external law firms.
 Coordinate and manage potential judicial and non-judicial disputes.
 Continuous update towards developments in new laws, regulations, important judgements and
regulatory guidance.
 Elaboration and knowledge of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and public tenders.

Qualifications

 Italian Qualified lawyer.
 Fluency in English and Italian, oral and written. Spanish would be plus.
 Additional professional-level language skills (French, Italian, Spanish or German preferable).
 At least 4 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
 Negotiation of national and international contracts.
