Delivery Manager - Digital Banking Channels

We seek a Delivery Manager focused on Digital Banking Channels to serve as the strategic and operational point of reference for the entire delivery on the Client's digital channels, actively participating in Steering Committees, executive-level SAL reviews, and strategic decision-making sessions. 

You will get the chance to:

• Act as the single point of contact with the Client's first-line leadership for all matters related to digital channels (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, App);
• Represent the Company in Steering Committees, executive SAL reviews, and program governance boards, with strong synthesis ability, clarity, and executive presence;
• Govern the entire delivery lifecycle (planning, execution, release, post go-live) across complex multi-stream, multi-team programs; 
• Define and monitor delivery KPIs, contractual SLAs, budget, and staffing, proactively anticipating issues and proposing corrective actions;
• Coordinate and supervise the team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, ensuring methodological alignment and output quality;
• Collaborate with the internal commercial team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities on digital channels.
• Promote the adoption of delivery best practices (Agile, SAFe, or hybrid frameworks) tailored to the enterprise banking context.

What will help you succeed:

• Solid and extensive experience in delivery/program management roles in Banking or Financial Services, with a consistent record in direct digital channels (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Banking Apps);
• Proven ability to interact with C-Level and first-line executives, sustaining strategic conversations and managing complex negotiations;
• Proven experience managing multi-million dollar programs with distributed teams, significant budgets, and strong interdependencies across project streams;
• Deep knowledge of digital banking channel architectures and processes (digital onboarding, payments, PSD2/Open banking, strong authentication, omnichannel customer journey);
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop heterogeneous teams, fostering a results-and quality-oriented work environment;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language. 

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in top-tier IT consulting firms or system integrators;
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications;
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms (Backbase, Temenos, Finacle, custom) and API-first / microservices architectures;
• Experience managing technology transitions or platform migrations on digital channels.
