Data Architect

We seek a Data Architect who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in data management and data architecture, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or director-level role.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architectures (data lake, data warehouse, lakehouse, streaming, API-based systems).
• Proven experience in defining and implementing data governance frameworks.
• Deep familiarity with technologies such as:
  ○ Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  ○ Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift
  ○ Collibra, Alation, Talend, Informatica, Apache Atlas
  ○ SQL, Python, Spark, Kafka
• Solid understanding of data security and compliance principles.
• Strategic vision and ability to align technology with business outcomes.
• Collaborative leadership style and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and passion for innovation and simplification.
