AI Engineer - Italia

We seek a AI Engineer Senior who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
• Design and develop robust AI solutions that leverage advanced machine learning and/or generative AI technologies to address complex business challenges.
• Implement and optimize end-to-end data workflows, focusing on feature engineering, data preparation, model evaluation, and deployment for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers to architect and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure that effectively support ML and GenAI applications.
• Leverage large language model (LLM) technologies (e.g., LangChain) to create innovative AI-driven applications that enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.
• Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations, effectively presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Optimize AI models for deployment in production, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and perform at high levels.
• Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI, machine learning, and LLM frameworks to apply state-of-the-art techniques consistently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and experience in developing RESTful APIs to facilitate data integration and communication between services.
• Hands-on experience in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) for deploying and managing applications in a scalable manner.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Proven experience in preparing and optimizing data specifically for machine learning and AI applications.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models.
• Experience with big data processing tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g.,AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to manage and analyze large datasets effectively.
• Strong expertise in SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for efficient data manipulation and storage.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib) to clearly present data insights.
• Deep knowledge with LLM frameworks like LangChain and their practical applications in real-world scenarios.
• Knowledge of GenAI commercial and not commercial LLM Models (ollama, claude, chatgpt, etc..) and capacity to select the correct one for specific task considering balance
• in speed, performance and costs.
• Proven ability to design and implement system integration solutions that ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across various platforms and services.
• Familiarity with data governance, security best practices, and compliance requirements in AI projects.
• Knowledge of advanced machine learning concepts, including model explainability and monitoring techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
