Marketing Director

We seek a Marketing Director who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed: 

• Responsible for design and execute marketing strategy. 
• Define new excellence standards.
• Critical financial negotiations.
• Lead cross area projects and teams.
• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including experience leading, coaching, and developing a marketing team.
• Strong commercial understanding of the complete customer funnel, including acquisition, conversion, retention, lifecycle marketing, and customer lifetime value.
• Experience launching, scaling, or optimizing multiple markets, locations, or regions.
• Experience managing meaningful marketing budgets and making investment decisions based on performance and commercial return.
